When shopping at an H&M store, show your gift card at checkout. You can pay for your purchase with a gift card in whole or in part. The amount you want will be charged to your gift card and any remaining value on the card will be shown on your receipt. The amount used from the gift card will not be refunded in cash.
When shopping at hm.com, select "Add gift card" at checkout and enter the gift card number and PIN in the pop-up window.
