First-time users will be required to open an account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identification process.
Once KYC process has been approved you can redeem your Fidira gift card by entering the 10-digit code.
The balance of your gift card is deposited into your Fidira wallet ready to swap for crypto currencies offered within the Fidira exchange!
Existing Users: Simply log into your account and enter the redemption PIN from your Fidira gift card.
