- 1In store: present your e-Gift Card (printed or on your smartphone) at the checkout.
- 2The cashier selects the "CARDS" payment method and scans the barcode (Hyper, Market), or presses "TOTAL" and scans the barcode (Proxi), and you confirm the transaction on the payment terminal.
- 3Drive: choose the Carrefour gift card payment method and fill in the required fields.
- 4Pay the rest with another payment method if necessary.
- 5Check your e-Gift Card balance on cartecadeau.carrefour.fr under "I received a card" by entering the 4-digit PIN.
- 1En magasin : présentez votre e-Carte Cadeaux (imprimée ou sur votre smartphone) en caisse.
- 2L'hôte(sse) de caisse sélectionne le moyen de paiement « CARTES » puis scanne le code-barres (Hyper, Market), ou appuie sur « TOTAL » puis scanne le code-barres (Proxi), et vous validez la transaction sur le TPE.
- 3En Drive : choisissez le moyen de paiement Carte cadeaux Carrefour et renseignez les champs demandés.
- 4Complétez avec un autre moyen de paiement si nécessaire.
- 5Consultez le solde de votre e-Carte Cadeaux sur cartecadeau.carrefour.fr, rubrique « J'ai reçu une carte », en indiquant le code PIN à 4 chiffres.
