1. EGV is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. EGV can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com. 2. EGV is valid for booking of Flights (Domestic/International) Hotels (Domestic/International) Buses (Domestic) For redeeming Flights/Hotels/Buses online at www.yatra.com, please follow the following steps: Please select your Flight/Hotel/Bus and fill required details till you reach the payment page. On payments page, Select "Gift Voucher" as your Payment Mode. Enter your EGV/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No. Click on "Pay Now" and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed. 3. In case of transaction failures after EGV is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same EGV. In case of any query: Please call 0124 – 3040707 / 700 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days) 4. Alternatively, you can also write to: coepromoteam@yatra.com. EGV is not valid for multiple/partial redemption. 5. Multiple transactions can be performed on EGV until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period. Multiple EGVs cannot be combined and used in single transaction. 6. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the EGV value) If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation. 7.
