This gift card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI travel shops (excluding Southern Ireland), tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk. For website bookings the card must hold sufficient funds to cover the initial payment. It cannot be used for travel-money products such as currency, travellers' cheques or prepaid cards, nor exchanged for cash or another gift card. E-gift cards expire two years from purchase and the maximum balance allowed is £1,500. Treat the card as cash: lost, stolen or destroyed balances cannot be refunded. It cannot be used in the Republic of Ireland or at crystalski.co.uk and is not covered by ABTA. Pay with crypto and receive instant email delivery.

How to Use

Your TUI gift card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI travel shops (excluding Southern Ireland), tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk. For website transactions, your gift card must have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when booking your holiday.

The card can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards.

The card can’t be exchanged for cash or to buy another gift card.

For egift cards the expiry will be printed on your egift card and is 2 years from the date of purchase

The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £1,500 for both gift cards and egift cards
