To redeem your eGift Card, simply present the Gift card on your mobile phone or present a printed copy of the eGift Card at any Sephora store in Australia.
Online/App:
At the Secure checkout page on sephora.com.au, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details and PIN and click Apply.

1. Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card
Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at Sephora stores in New Zealand or on our website at https://www.sephora.nz. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
2. Redemption
Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card.
3. View your balance
You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.
4. Refunds
No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.
