How do I receive my gift card & how long does delivery take?
All gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout—no shipping. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed; in rare cases it can take up to few minutes.

No. Once a digital code is delivered, it's non-refundable and non-returnable.
What if the code doesn't work?
We work with verified suppliers and test codes. If you believe a code is faulty, contact us immediately with screenshots and details and we'll investigate and resolve it quickly.
Do the gift cards expire?
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase. Unused codes beyond this period may become invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Terms & Conditions When you sign up for a Neon plan, you agree to these Terms below. 1. Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date provided with the voucher. 2. To subscribe to Neon you need to be located in New Zealand and be 18 years of age or older. 3. Once your gift voucher period ends, your plan will automatically renew on a monthly Standard or Annual Plan basis and you will be charged the full monthly Standard Plan or Annual Plan price until your plan is cancelled by you. 4. You may cancel your plan at any time by cancelling on the Neon website. If you cancel your plan during the voucher period, your plan will end once the voucher period has expired. You will continue to have access to Neon content and will be charged at the voucher rate until the end of the voucher period. 5. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or re-sold. No refunds for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. 9. Total value of the gift voucher will be redeemed in full at time of redemption. 10.
