(Henceforth “Lulu”)E-gift Card is valid only for one year from the date of activation and shall cease to be valid from the date of expiry.E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part/full will be provided.Lulu will not be responsible for any loss/misuse of E-Gift Card, Password/PIN and no demand for reissue/ compensation for the loss will be entertained.Once the E-Gift Card is issued/redeemed, request for cancellation will not be entertained.Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card.All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing for the E-Gift Card, shall be borne solely by the Customer.E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. No further Claim for the balance amount in the E- Gift Card will be entertained.Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used for Single purchase.The holder of the E- Gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary.Lulu reserves unconditional right to cancel the E-Gift Card in the event the Customer breaches these terms of use of the E-Gift Card, and the terms and conditions of Lulu.
