All standard monetary vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated validity period. Menu prices, masterclasses, and experience rates are subject to seasonal change. Should the price of the menu or experience differ from the purchase price at the time of dining, the monetary equivalent of the original value will be applied toward the final bill. Purchases made are not refundable in cash and the full monetary value must be used by the given expiration date.Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for goods and services up to the value of that experience.
