This eCard is issued by MOCGC, Corp. and may be used toward the cost of
lodging, food and beverage, salon and spa, and/or retail merchandise charges
at Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino locations only. eCard may not be redeemed
or used for gambling purposes, or used in c
onjunction with a banquet or
private dining event. eCard may not be used at any restaurant or other
business outlet not located within a Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino property.
eCard is not valid towards the purchase of another eGift Card. Presentation
and
validation of the eCard is required for redemption. The eCard has no cash
value; except as required by law, it is not redeemable for cash. Each time you
use this eCard, we will deduct the amount of your purchase from the eCard
balance until the full value
on the eCard has been depleted. If the purchase
exceeds the funds available on the eCard, you must pay the difference at the
time of purchase. Except as required by law, the eCard cannot be redeemed
