How do I receive my gift card & how long does delivery take?
All gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout—no shipping. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed; in rare cases it can take up to few minutes.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, BNB, XRP, Polygon, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tron, and more. Binance Pay and WalletConnect are also supported.
What if I didn't receive my gift card?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact [email protected] and we'll resend it promptly.
Can I cancel or get a refund after ordering?
No. Once a digital code is delivered, it's non-refundable and non-returnable.
What if the code doesn't work?
We work with verified suppliers and test codes. If you believe a code is faulty, contact us immediately with screenshots and details and we'll investigate and resolve it quickly.
Do the gift cards expire?
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase. Unused codes beyond this period may become invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced.
Any terms & conditions I should know about?
1. This is a FITPASS Gift Voucher (GV) and would be accepted on the FITPASS app.2. The person who has the FITPASS GV is deemed to be the beneficiary.3. Single/ Multiple GV s can be clubbed in one bill/transaction.4. This is a One-time use GV with an expiration date.5. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV will be given.6. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.7. FITPASS GV CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.8. FITPASS GV can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers.9. FITPASS GV cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by FITPASS from time to time. FITPASS may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.10. Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
