<ol>
<li><span lang="CO-es-co">Si la compra es por un mayor valor, el excedente deberá ser cubierto con cualquier otro medio de pago aceptado por DIESEL.</span></li>
<li><span lang="CO-es-co">De los valores utilizables mediante este Bono solo será responsable el comercio emisor; dichos valores NO generan intereses ni son reembolsables en efectivo, solo son redimibles en bienes y/o servicios suministrados directamente por DIESEL.</span></li>

<li><span lang="CO-en-us">If the purchase is for a greater value, the excess must be covered with any other means of payment accepted by DIESEL.</span></li>
<li><span lang="CO-en-us">Only the issuing merchant shall be responsible for the values to be used through this Bond; such values do NOT generate interest nor are they refundable in cash, they are only redeemable in goods and/or services provided directly by DIESEL.</span></li>
