Redemption Instructions
- Cotton On Group gift cards can be redeemed Online or In Store across five brands - Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Rubi and Typo. The choice is all yours!
- Online: To redeem your gift card Online, simply enter the gift card number and pin in the Redeem Gift Card box on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your gift card and any remaining balance can be applied to a future purchase.
In Store: To redeem your gift card In Store, simply present your gift card when making your purchase. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card and any remaining balance can be applied to a future purchase. No change will be given.
Check Gift Card Balance:
You can check your gift card balance online by adding it to the Redeem Gift Card box on the checkout page. If there is a balance remaining, then it will apply the amount to the balance owing.
Terms & Conditions
This card can be used at Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body, Factorie, Rubi Shoes, Typo and Supre. This card can only be redeemed in the country of purchase, and is only valid in the currency of the country of purchase. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. You are wholly responsible for the use of this card. The Cotton On Group will not replace this card if it has been lost, stolen, damaged, or been used by another person without your authorisation. The amount on this card can be verified in store. Present this gift card as full or part payment for any goods in our stores or online (www.cottonon.com). The amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt. No change or refund will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
