How to Use
Use the Carrefour Gift Card in all physical stores of the Carrefour chains, including Hiper, Super, Market, Express, Drugstore, Gas Station, Outlet, for food, electronics, cell phones, clothing, home and car items, items for children, medicines and services. On the website, https://www.carrefour.com.br/, use it in all categories, with the exception of Market and Drugstore. Check the delivery coverage for your region on the website, entering your zip code for consultation. It is not accepted at Atacadão, unmanned checkouts (self-service) and for purchasing other Gift Cards. The Carrefour Gift Card can be used for multiple purchases until the balance runs out. You can also top up your payment with the available methods. To use it, simply present it as a form of payment at the store checkouts or, on the website, enter the code and password in the 'Add a Gift Card' field on the payment screen. Limit of 2 (two) Cards per purchase in physical stores and 5 (five) on the website. There is no minimum consumption amount. Your balance cannot be canceled, exchanged, returned or converted into cash. The balance can be checked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via WhatsApp (11) 3004-2222 (Option 4). The Carrefour Gift Card is bearer-issued and rechargeable. It is not possible to transfer the balance to another Gift Card. The Virtual Carrefour Gift Card will be sent to the registered email within 7 business days after confirmation of redemption. If you do not receive it after the stated delivery period, please contact your campaign's call center. Validity: 6 mobile months, with each minimum recharge of R$10 the balance is renewed for another 6 months.
