Purchase, use, or acceptance of the AEO® gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, the AEO Terms of Use and the AEO Privacy Policy. This card cannot be applied as payment for the AEO® credit card, used to purchase other gift cards, or be redeemed or refunded for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
