How do I receive my gift card & how long does delivery take?
All gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout—no shipping. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed; in rare cases it can take up to few minutes.

Can I cancel or get a refund after ordering?
No. Once a digital code is delivered, it's non-refundable and non-returnable.
What if the code doesn't work?
We work with verified suppliers and test codes. If you believe a code is faulty, contact us immediately with screenshots and details and we'll investigate and resolve it quickly.
Do the gift cards expire?
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase. Unused codes beyond this period may become invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced.

1. By purchasing the e-Gift Card(s), you are agreeing to and accepting these Terms & Conditions. 2. This E-Gift card is valid for one year from the date of Purchase. 3. The E-Gift card is issued by Nilkamal Limited (Company) 4. The E–Gift cards can be redeemed at https://www.nilkamalfurniture.com/ and at Nilkamal stores only. 5. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against this E-Gift card. 6. Gift Card can’t be replaced or duplicated if stolen or lost. 7. Once E-Gift Card is purchased, the company will not accept any request for cancellation 8. E– Gift card can be redeemed only once. If the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the E – Gift card, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid by using modes of payment available on website or at store. Balance if any, of the E-Gift after purchase shall not be carried forward. 9. For any query, please contact any Nilkamal or call on customer care at 1-800-121-9115 10. In case of Returns/cancellations of the redemption done via E-Gift, the refund of the same will be done to the effect of the value of contribution of the E-Gift to the sale. The balance will be done via the contribution of the other respective payment mode to the sale. In the case of multiple products being purchased and a combination of the E-Gift and any other mode of payment being used to complete the transaction, the individual products being sold, will get the assignment of the value of the E-Gift and any other mode of payment being used based on the tender percentage contribution in total order value. The refund will happen in the same percentage split as per the original tender used. 11. The E-Gift can be utilized with combination of other promotional offers at store or website. 12. Redemption of E- Gift by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of E- Gift 13. Any dispute need to be referred to the Company and the decision of the company shall be final. 14. The E-Gift Card is subject to applicable laws. 15. Any dispute relating to the E-Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai. 16. Nilkamal Ltd shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
