How do I receive my gift card & how long does delivery take?
All gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout—no shipping. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed; in rare cases it can take up to few minutes.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

What if I didn't receive my gift card?

No. Once a digital code is delivered, it's non-refundable and non-returnable.
What if the code doesn't work?
We work with verified suppliers and test codes. If you believe a code is faulty, contact us immediately with screenshots and details and we'll investigate and resolve it quickly.
Do the gift cards expire?
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase. Unused codes beyond this period may become invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Terms and Conditions: • Valid only in cities and Pin codes where Big Basket & BB now are serviceable in. Please check if you are serviceable before purchasing gift cards. • Gift Card can be used on BB now, BigBasket App and M-site • Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue • Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders. • Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit • If the customer misplaces the gift card, BigBasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund • No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced • Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired • The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary • Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances • Any dispute should be referred to BigBasket and the decision of BigBasket shall be final • If Gift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded • E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours. How to Redeem • Gift Card can be used on Bigbasket App and M-site where Bigbasket is present. • Go to My Gift Cards under my account section • Enter your Gift Card Code and Gift Card PIN • The value of the Gift Card gets added to bigbasket wallet • Add products to the shopping cart and complete the payment by choosing bigbasket wallet payment option
